The House
Directly on the Sea
It is an independent terraced house located inside a private residence with reserved internal parking and exclusive access to the beach which is just a few meters from the house. A typical Italian seaside holiday home built in the 1980s on two floors for family holidays during the summer and for short weekend trips throughout the year.
The house is on two levels with entrance, living area and kitchen on the ground floor, sleeping area with bathroom on the upper floor, enriched by an open space with a private patio of over 50 square meters without spaces shared with other properties for maximum freedom of movement both inside the property and in the residence
With a double east and west exposure, the fresh evening wind cheers up dinners which are accompanied by the calm sound of the sea.
A Holiday Residence
It is located in an enviable position because it is unique in its kind with direct access to the beach via a private entrance to the residence and with all services less than 200 meters away. Once you arrive you can forget about the car and enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation, safely and comfortably without worries if there are children because you are in a residence with a Carabinieri police station.
It was designed and built as a holiday village, where people can have all the comforts around, the beach just a few meters away, services all around, with relaxation and fun mixed together.
The residence has a perimeter fence which ensures maximum safety and tranquility for parents who want to spend happy moments with their children having fun in a peaceful and relaxed way without worries of danger.
It’s Unique
It wants to be a unique place, very difficult to find because the desire is to offer people a unique and unforgettable experience.
The beach is located less than thirty meters from the house and is accessible through a private gate with night closure.
The internal parking is located right in front of the entrance to the house for maximum convenience for luggage and car safety.
The car can be left parked for the entire holiday, because there are all the services just a few meters from the house, such as restaurants and bars on the beach, supermarkets, pizzerias, pubs, various shops such as ice cream parlors, hairdressers, beauty centre, games, tobacconist, clothing and others.

A home of the “Bella Vita”
The Lido delle Nazioni is arose after half of of the ’60s, years of the economic boom and of the great fashion of seaside holiday tourism which became the conditions for creating a beautiful location tourist. The so-called Bella Vita comes from those times, where even houses were built to be able to experience unforgettable moments to live a unique and unrepeatable experience of Italian life.
Our home is an excellent place to live an experience of Italian life, with lunches at home in the dining room, or in good weather outdoors with a nice table set with food and drinks places that can be bought in the surrounding area from local artisan producers of fruit and vegetables, meat, pasta and flour, fresh eggs and wine.
The windows facing the sea allow you to enjoy magical moments while admiring the splendid colors of the sunrise and sunset over the sea. A place to savor the true Italian lifestyle, with family, in joy, relaxing and experiencing magical and unrepeatable moments in a place where it is the Bella Vita was born.
All rooms have large windows with shutters for night rest and as protection from the heat during the summer period. Additionally, air conditioning cools down the hottest summer days and also acts as a heater in the colder months.
Access to the house
Access to the house is via a driveway gate of the residence which leads directly to the reserved internal parking which is located in front of the pedestrian access to the house.
Having parked the car on its own parking space in front of the entrance to the house, you enter the property through the private open space located on the front of the house.
This outdoor area is used as a patio which hosts a comfortable outdoor table for splendid breakfasts, lunches in the sun and relaxing dinners in the evening.
Access to the interior of the house is via a door with electronic key lock which allows access only to guests with the code.
Ground Floor
As soon as we cross the threshold of the house, we find the living area which houses a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate two people if necessary.
On the opposite side there is a cupboard with everything needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner, such as plates, bowls, glasses and crockery.
Continuing we find the kitchen complete with cooking area, fridge, refrigerator and a comfortable table with chairs to accommodate 6 adults.
There are small appliances, such as a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine, and everything you need for the day’s meals.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are located on the first floor which is accessed via a flight of stairs.
The largest bedroom has a double bed, complete with a built-in wardrobe and side bedside tables for storing your belongings.
The second room houses a bunk bed for 2 people.
The house can comfortably accommodate 4 adult guests and if necessary, the sofa bed on the ground floor can accommodate 2 more people, for a total of 6 guests.
In each room there are various power outlets to power your electronic devices.
The rooms are equipped with everything needed for sleeping such as sheets, blankets, pillows.
Bathroom
Also on the first floor there is the bathroom with an external window consisting of a sink complete with drawers and an illuminated mirror, a toilet with a bidet and in the outermost corner there is a shower with hot water
The bathroom walls are completely tiled for complete and maximum hygiene of the environment.
There are practical electrical sockets for electrical devices such as hairdryers, electric toothbrushes, beard trimmers, etc.
Classic hygiene items such as towels, soap and toilet paper are provided.
Although there is no washing machine, a short distance away there are convenient automatic laundries or laundries with specialized staff, for quick washing and drying of clothes if necessary.
Where you will find yourself
The house is located inside a residence, completely fenced, accessible through 4 pedestrian and driveway entrances. Directly on the sea, through a gate that allows entry to the beach which is a few meters from the house.
A few days before your stay, we will provide you with a complete and detailed guide of all the activities and points of interest in the area.
The guide contains all the information for an unforgettable stay such as where you can shop locally for meat, vegetables, wines, souvenirs or eat typical local dishes or how to reach the nearby laundries for automatic washing and drying or where you can rent electric bicycles with organized excursions in the area.
You will have the opportunity to experience extraordinary days relaxing in the sun or in clubs by the sea with evening walks and shopping among the stalls, bars, ice cream parlors and countless shops, or enjoying the fun of the Bella Vita, in night clubs , beach parties, amusement parks, boat or family trips on pedal boats on the sea in front of the house.
