Unless otherwise stated in the rates or offers, our standard method of redemption is to issue a Voucher whose value corresponds to the amount of the refund.
This voucher can refer to part or all of the amount of a booking.
It should be noted that it is not possible to request the conversion of the value of the Voucher into Euros or other forms of monetary refund.
Utilization
The Voucher can be used for a future booking subject to availability and the new booking must be equal to or greater than the original booking.
For example, if the Voucher refers to a booking with a value of € 500.00, the new booking where the Voucher can be used must have an amount equal to or greater than € 500.00, but cannot be € 499, as it is lower.
Duration
You can use the Voucher within our booking systems that accept Vouchers within 12 months from the date of issue. You can extend the duration of the Voucher by a further 12 months by paying 10% of the value of the Voucher for each extension.
Cession
Vouchers can be transferred to other people by paying a 10% commission on each transfer. Any transfer to other persons, including family members and friends, must be authorized in advance.
