Check-Out Time

To avoid misunderstandings and the application of penalties, we recommend that you read the “Rates and conditions” page in the Guides section by clicking here.

If you require a late check-out, we will do our best, but you must let us know in advance. If we have guests arriving that day, it will be nearly impossible to offer a late checkout due to housekeeping having to prepare for those guests.

When you leave, make sure the following simple tasks are performed:

• take the rubbish to the bins, as indicated in the Guides section on the “Waste Disposal” page by clicking here.
• leaves the kitchen clean and tidy
• wash the dishes if you have used them
• leave used sheets, pillows and blankets on the bed
• make sure the air conditioning is turned off
• make sure the heating is off
• turn off all household appliances and electronic devices
• turn off all the lights
• close all windows and external doors
• lock the house

Leave the door keys and the remote control where you found them when you arrived, that is, on the shelves of the entrance furniture.

Remember to open the driveway gate of the residence before closing the house so you can leave with the car.

Remember not to leave personal items and take them with you.

Inventory Check

Prior to your departure, we kindly ask you to notify us of any malfunctions, breakdowns, or damages. This allows us to avoid misunderstandings and disputes afterward and to come to an agreement regarding any charges attributable to you.

House Closure

Please, at the end of your stay before leaving the house, ensure to close all access points, such as windows, lock the door, and turn off all systems, including lights, air conditioning, all electronic devices, and all appliances.

At check-out, we kindly ask you to leave the house clean and tidy, especially the contents of the kitchen, the barbecue, grill if used, and to empty the garbage at the end of your stay in the designated outdoor area, as indicated in the Guides section on the “Waste Disposal” page by clicking here.

No need to perform a thorough cleaning, but should the house be found in disarray and require thorough cleaning by our cleaning staff for the next guest, we may have to charge you an extra fee for thorough cleaning.
