The “check-in” arrival time is between 5pm and 7pm.

If you arrive before 5pm it is not possible to enter the accommodation.

In order to comply with local laws, we need some information from you and any accompanying persons, including minors. This informations are mandatory in order to ensure your stay at our house.

• Identity document (of everyone)
• Confirmation of payment for the reservation
• Signing of the temporary rental contract for tourist use

Our home, like all residences, is equipped with many items such as furniture, decorations, various accessories, and more, which are provided for guests’ use.

When you enter the house, please notify us immediately if there are any malfunctions, damages, or breakages.

This allows us to intervene as soon as possible to resolve the issue and to prevent any malfunctions, damages, and breakages from being charged to you upon your departure.
